Small vintage collectors tin box Otto Schmidt Lebkuchen - Metal cookie can with lid - Cylindric shape, Hans Sachs - Nuremberg Lebkuchen


This is a Nürnberger Lebkuchen tin box from the collectors edition - it was made in Germany by the famous Lebkuchen producer Otto Schmidt Lebkuchen, likely in the 50s or 60s.
It shows Otto Sachs. Hans Sachs (5 November 1494 – 19 January 1576) was a German Meistersinger ("mastersinger"), poet, playwright, and shoemaker. Hans Sachs was born in Nuremberg.

The shape of the can is cylindrical, and it features a lid to keep its interior safe and dry.
The tin is medium-sized and will hold a fair amount of ground coffee or cookies - or whatever else you want to store in it.

The tin is is good condition, with only small signs of age and use. Please see the pictures for details!
